Before use, inspect the main components of the fully automatic slitting machine and add lubricating oil. When inspecting and disassembling the fully automatic slitting machine, it is strictly forbidden to use unsuitable tools or adopt unscientific operating methods. Perform a thorough cleaning and inspection of the machine every two weeks. If the fully automatic slitting machine is to be stopped for an extended period, all shiny surfaces must be wiped clean, coated with anti-rust oil, and covered with a plastic cover. If the fully automatic slitting machine is to be stopped for more than 3 months, cover the anti-rust oil with moisture-proof paper. After work, thoroughly clean the equipment, wipe exposed friction surfaces clean, and add lubricating oil. Daily Maintenance
To ensure proper daily maintenance of the slitting machine, the following five points should be observed:
First, regularly clean and inspect the electrical components to promptly eliminate potential hazards.
Second, the slitting machine relies on the longitudinal and transverse cutting blades; therefore, high-quality longitudinal and transverse cutting blades must be used.
Third, daily maintenance of the slitting machine must be thorough. The principles are: lubrication, cleaning, and thorough tidying (dust-free, debris-free) to ensure that sliding parts are in good condition.
Fourth, maintenance work is crucial. Rotating parts should be inspected regularly and irregularly (especially vulnerable parts requiring real-time monitoring). Regular adjustments and replacements of commutators should be implemented, and detailed records should be kept to extend the equipment's service life.
Fifth, the technical skills and expertise of slitting machine operators must be improved. Operation of control areas should be handled by designated personnel; no one may operate the machine without authorization.
