1. Operators should not stand directly in front of the machine to avoid accidental injury. When feeding material, prevent metal impurities and hard objects such as small tools that could damage the machine from falling into the barrel. Do not wear gloves when operating rotating machinery to prevent injury from entanglement.
2. Check and add lubricating oil to the gearbox and air compressor, and check the lubrication of all mechanical transmission components. Avoid operating the machine on dry surfaces, as this will damage it and cause noise.
3. Before starting the machine, first check that all power connections are secure and that there are no leaks; check that the instruments are not damaged or malfunctioning. Before starting, ensure that all components are safe and functioning properly to avoid affecting production and causing accidents.
4. Within the film formation range, increasing the forming temperature, cooling air temperature, and blow-up ratio will increase the film's turbidity and decrease its gloss; conversely, increasing these will decrease the film's gloss.
5. When the material output from the die is uniform, put on gloves and slowly lift the tube blank while sealing the end. Slightly open the air inlet regulating valve to allow a small amount of compressed air to enter through the mandrel's center hole. Carefully guide it through the bubble stabilizer, herringbone plate, and then through the traction roller and guide roller until winding (if embossing is required, it should pass through the embossing roller).
6. The compressed air pressure used to inflate the tube blank must be appropriate, ensuring that the tube blank does not rupture while maintaining the symmetrical stability of the film tube, thus guaranteeing quality production.
7. When cleaning the extruder and die, a copper knife, rod, or compressed air can be used, but care must be taken to avoid damaging the screw and its smooth surface.
