Temperature Control: The heat-sealing temperature needs to be adjusted according to the material thickness, typically between 120-200℃. Excessive temperature may cause the material to burn through, while insufficient temperature will result in a weak seal.
Pressure Regulation: The sealing pressure is recommended to be controlled between 0.3-0.6 MPa to ensure adhesion strength while avoiding equipment overload.
Speed Matching: The conveyor belt speed should be coordinated with the sealing time. For example, on high-speed production lines (50-100 packs per minute), the sealing time should be shortened to 0.2-0.5 seconds.
During operation, the heating elements and conveyor belt should be checked regularly for wear to prevent a decline in sealing quality due to component aging.
