This will provide film manufacturing companies with a competitive edge in the next round of international market competition, while also helping their own companies find new opportunities.
2. Automation Control: Currently, the automation level of domestically produced slitting machines remains at a low to medium level. Although the use of domestic control components is widespread and inexpensive, the depth of application by domestic slitting machine manufacturers lags far behind that of developed countries. In particular, the control system lacks organic integration with the slitting machine's structure and the materials being slitted. At this level, most domestically produced slitting machines remain at a rudimentary level, lacking a deeper understanding of the rigor and rationality of the slitting machine control system. Domestic slitting machine manufacturers should focus on the above-mentioned aspects to find a way that both conforms to the slitting machine's control and cutting principles and maximizes the use of the hardware's functions.
3. Manufacturing Aspect: This is a common problem faced by China's manufacturing industry. Any mechanical equipment, besides being rationally designed, requires precision in manufacturing, which is lacking in China's manufacturing industry. In addition, manufacturing processes are also a weak link. Manufacturing slitting equipment requires not only general-purpose machine tools but also specialized equipment such as dynamic balancing machines and waterjet cutting machines. Because slitting machines require high manufacturing precision, some equipment needs to use CNC machine tools to process parts. In particular, it is necessary to widely use machining centers to fundamentally guarantee the machining precision of the manufactured slitting machines.
