The 50x2 800 ABA Film Blowing Machine is a professional three-layer co-extrusion plastic film blowing equipment independently designed and produced by Zhejiang Lifeng Machinery Co., Ltd. This 50x2 800 ABA Film Blowing Machine adopts two sets of 50mm diameter screw extruders to realize ABA three-layer co-extrusion forming with A-B-A symmetrical structure, which effectively improves film tensile strength, transparency and surface finish, while greatly saving raw material cost and lowering energy consumption.

This 50x2 800 ABA Film Blowing Machine is perfectly compatible with multiple raw materials including LDPE, HDPE, LLDPE and recycled plastic particles. It allows adding recycled materials and filling masterbatch into the middle B layer, without sacrificing surface quality and physical performance of the outer A layer, bringing remarkable cost advantages for mass production. The maximum effective film width of this machine can reach 800mm, adjustable film thickness ranges from 0.008mm to 0.05mm, with stable extrusion output and high production efficiency.

Equipped with high-hardness nitrided alloy steel screw and barrel, rotating die head and precise double air cooling ring, the machine runs smoothly with uniform film thickness distribution and high forming stability. It is configured with well-known brand frequency converter and automatic temperature control system, achieving intelligent operation, easy parameter adjustment and extremely low failure rate. Optional automatic winding, automatic roll changing and thickness deviation correction devices are available to realize full automatic unmanned continuous production.
