The SJ/ABC-3200 Film Blowing Machine is a large-scale 3-layer ABC co-extrusion blown film production line developed by our factory, specially designed for ultra-wide industrial and packaging film manufacturing. This SJ/ABC-3200 Film Blowing Machine features an advanced ABC symmetrical three-layer co-extrusion structure, which allows independent control of each layer's formula, greatly enhancing film tensile strength, puncture resistance, flexibility and surface gloss, while effectively reducing raw material cost and improving economic benefits.
This SJ/ABC-3200 Film Blowing Machine supports a maximum finished film width up to 3200mm, suitable for producing extra-wide plastic films with adjustable thickness from 0.01mm to 0.12mm. It is fully compatible with LDPE, HDPE, LLDPE, MPE, EVA and mixed recycled plastic raw materials. Users can add recycled materials and functional masterbatch into the middle layer, while keeping the outer layers with premium smooth and clean appearance, achieving perfect balance between high product quality and low production cost.
Equipped with high-precision nitrified alloy screw and barrel, rotary die head and double cooling air ring, the SJ/ABC-3200 Film Blowing Machine ensures uniform plasticization, stable bubble stability and extremely consistent film thickness tolerance. The whole line adopts well-known brand frequency inverters, PLC intelligent control system and automatic constant temperature control module, with easy parameter setting, low operation difficulty and minimal manual intervention. Optional configurations include IBC internal bubble cooling system, automatic thickness inspection, auto tension control and automatic roll changing winding device, to realize full automatic continuous high-efficiency production.
